  • Is there a contract?

    • It is a 12 month commitment but you can walk away at any time. No cancellation fees no penalty fees.

  • When is the Referral Fee taken out? Before or after Broker splits?

    • Before.

  • What happens to deals that are after the initial 365 days? Does the agreement renew?

    • We have a referral hold on all deals procured for 24 months

  • What if a lead becomes under contract but the deal doesn’t push through. Do I still have to pay the referral fee?

    • No, absolutely not.

  • How do I pay Cloud Realty after closing?

    • Most brokerages will mail a check to our address. But if your brokerage uses a different payment method, please let us know in advance.

  • What if a lead decides to buy/sell again with me as their agent. Will I have to pay you the referral again?

    • Yes, and we have an 18-month referral hold from the date the deal closes.

  • How do you track the leads that close?

    • With your broker and your local MLS.

  • Why does it say that we have a one-year contract but we can cancel anytime?

    • We only work with people that want to work with us long term. But if you want  to leave for any reason at any time, you can do so.

  • How do I get support?

    • You can text, email and call us from Monday through Friday from 9-5 CST.

  • Can I switch commission plans?

    • Yes, within 60 days of going live.

  • Is there a training or mentorship program?

    • Yes, with coach Russ Colliau. I would love to book a three-way call to connect with him.

  • What happens to listings if I leave?

    • You still have to pay the referral fee.
